CHLDREN USE OF INTERNET They should be allowed in the sense that access to the Internet is closely linked to the ability to receive information and to exercise one’s right of freedom of expression, and it can be regarded as a primary precondition for the enabling of the fulfilment of other digital rights. Furthermore, access to, and use of, the Internet can be a powerful enabler of the realisation of many sustainable development goals that directly impact on children’s well-being. According to (Livingstone and Byrne 2015 ). Internet it helps interconnectedness with children and promotion of better literacy skills needed and that will enable them to compete in the global market in a few years’ time.
